All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (digital VIP features and specialized personal care items), we do not offer returns or refunds except where required by law.

Scope & Limitations
- Digital goods: immediate access is provided upon purchase; refunds are not available for digital products.
- Physical goods: because many items are handcrafted or perishable, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- To request assistance for damaged goods, contact support via the Contact Form within 7 days of delivery and include photos when possible.
